Conan O’Brien is an American TV host and comedian.  He hosted “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” from 1993-2009, followed by the short-lived “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” from 2009-2010.  Prior to his hosting career, O’Brien was a writer for “Saturday Night Live” and the animated TV series “The Simpsons.”

Sex offender Phillip Garrido and his wife, Nancy, face 29 felony counts of kidnapping and rape for abducting Jaycee Lee Dugard when she was 11 and keeping her locked in their backyard shed since 1991.

Even more disturbing is Phillip Garrido’s blog, Voices Revealed.  It’s a rambling delusional diatribe from a clearly sick individual.  Garrido appears obsessed with mind control, no doubt from his nearly two decades of completely controlling the lives of three innocent women and one very disturbed wife.

Jon & Kate Gosselin are stars of the reality TV show Jon & Kate Plus 8 on TLC.  The show is about the Gosselin family, consisting of parents Jon and Kate and their eight children: fraternal twins and sextuplets.  The show follows the family through their daily lives, focusing on the challenges of raising multiple children.  The show is currently one of the highest rated programs on TLC.  In June, the couple announced they were getting a divorce.

Steve Jobs is an American businessman, co-founder and CEO of Apple Inc. and former CEO of Pixar Animation Studios.  In the late 1970s, Jobs, with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, created one of the first commercially successful personal computers. Jobs lost a power struggle with the board of directors and resigned from Apple in 1985.  He then founded the NeXT computer company, which Apple bought in 1997, resulting in Jobs returning as Apple’s CEO.  In January 2009, Jobs took a 5 month leave of absence from Apple to undergo a liver transplant.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a singer and model.  She was born in Barbados and relocated to the United States at age 16 to pursue a recording career.  She signed with Def Jam Recordings after auditioning for then-label head Jay-Z.  Rihanna has sold over twelve million albums worldwide in her four-year career.  In February, 2009, Rihanna cancelled her appearance on the Grammys after an altercation with then-boyfriend, singer Chris Brown, who was arrested for assault and battery.
